  1. Return Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    Unopened
    In original packaging
    In resellable condition

Because dog food and pet treats are consumable products, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. Return Request Period
    You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    We do not accept returns for:
    Opened dog food or treat products
    Used items
    Gift cards
    Items returned without prior approval
    Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

  3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@vitalitycanine.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

  4. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  5. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  6. Order Refusals and Failed Deliveries
    If an order is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping fees may not be refundable.
